PHASE 1A

All groups in Phase 1A are eligible to be vaccinated.

PHASE 1B

All groups in Phase 1B are eligible to be vaccinated.

• Persons 50 years and older Required Documentation
• Education and childcare Eligibility Required Documentation

• Janitorial, Custodial, and Maintenance Services Eligibility Required Documentation
• Transportation and Logistics Eligibility Required Documentation
• People who live or work in congregate living spaces Eligibility Required Documentation
• Individuals with health conditions and disabilities and caregivers Eligibility Required Documentation

Individuals 50+

• All individuals age 50 or over are eligible to be vaccinated. Required Documentation

Individuals 16+

• All individuals age 16 or over will be eligible to be vaccinated from April 15th.
  (Note: People age 16 and 17 can only receive the Pfizer vaccine.)
