NCI Performance Results and Annual Performance Contract Objectives
During our November 18, 2026 Board of Directors Meeting, the Westside Regional Center (WRC) will present National Core Indicator (NCI) In-Person Survey data, specific to WRC, for fiscal year 2024-2025. The NCI Surveys are a national effort to measure and improve the performance of developmental disabilities service agencies. Join us to learn more about the survey outcome and its impact on the work we do. We welcome your input and questions.
In addition, WRC is seeking input on the annual performance objectives that will be incorporated into our Performance Contract with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
