Your service coordinator is the most visible face of the regional center. But did you know they are supported by a team of professionals, with one goal in mind? The work of service coordination doesn’t happen in a vacuum! There are clinical services, quality resources, intake, business support, financial services, and even a board of directors, and they are all focused on making sure the right services get to people in the right way.
Without these colleagues, professionals, and volunteers, our system couldn’t work!

Please see a newly developed list of regional center services and descriptions that has been posted to the Department of Developmental Services’ (Department) webpage (8/2/18). The posting of services and descriptions was mandated by Assembly Bill 959, and developed with input from regional center staff, the Association of Regional Center Agencies and the State Council on Developmental Disabilities. The list includes services commonly purchased by regional centers and descriptions for each service; however, the list is not fully inclusive of all regional center services and supports.
This list may also be found on the Department’s webpage.
