General Information
The web-based e-Billing system is on a secure website that encrypts all data being sent back and forth between service providers and Westside Regional Center. This online system is a more efficient way for service providers to be reimbursed for services provided and service providers can access billing and payment history online through the internet.
TECHNICAL / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANCE
- You must use the Google Chrome browser to access the e-Billing System. While you may use Edge or Mozilla, not all functionalities may work. Internet Explorer is no longer supported.
- Visit the eBilling/SDP FAQ page for a list of frequently asked questions and answers
- If you need to reset your password, please send an e-mail message (including your username, vendor name, & vendor number) to: eb_password@westsiderc.org.
