Next Tuesday, June 25th WRC will be hosting its first annual LGBTQ+ Pride Celebration from 1:30pm-3:00pm in our Danneker Boardroom! We hope you will join us for desserts, some short film clips and resource sharing.

During this event you will have the opportunity to meet FMS Providers and Independent Facilitators who can help you begin your Self Determination Program. ATTENTION ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS: THIS IMPACTS EVERYONE!
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has released the Proposed Rate Models! It is imperative that you review this proposed rate structure as it has serious implications to how providers do business and what reimbursement rate will be assigned.
The WRC Rate Model can be viewed here. Our community has until April 5, 2019 to provide comments. We need your input!
WRC will host 2 sessions on Tuesday, March 26th to gather information to send to DDS and the Legislature. Sessions will be held from 9:30am-11:30am and 12:30pm -2:30pm in our Danneker Boardroom at WRC. A third session will be held at Empowertech located at 9100 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045, on March 27th from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Please plan to attend at least one but you are welcome to all.
You should additionally provide your input by completing this survey. Please answer the questions that are relevant to the services you provide. You are able to skip to questions in the survey that apply to your organization. ALL feedback is valuable and needed.
All comments and input must be received by Monday, April 1st to be submitted by WRC to DDS.
Please get the word out to every service provider that you know. This is your last chance to provide input regarding this new rate structure.
