• How the program allows you to make meaningful choices about the way you live your life!
• How the program will work.
• How you can get support from others to be part of the program.
• How you can sign up for the lottery to be picked for the first 3-year phase-in.
NOTE: To sign up, the person served by the regional center will need their Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number. If you do not know your UCI#, contact your Service Coordinator or you can get it at this meeting.

NOTA: Para participar en la lotería, necesitarás el número universal de identificación al cliente (UCI#) de tu hijo(a). Si no lo tienes, llama a tu coordinador(a) de servicios o puedes obtenerlo en esta junta.
