We are partnering with Central Neighborhood Health Foundation to provide drive-thru COVID-19 testing and vaccinations in our upper parking lot located at 5901 Green Valley Circle, Culver City, CA 90230. All three vaccinations will be available, including Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, and Pfizer, for all individuals who are 12 years of age and older. Our drive-thru clinic will be available every other Wednesday from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm (unless otherwise noted). Visit our calendar for future upcoming dates. Registration is not required.
