The Achievable Foundation Health Center Offering COVID-19 Vaccines
The Achievable Foundation Health Center is offering COVID-19 vaccines for all eligible residents. Individuals interested in receiving a vaccine will be required to sign up for a vaccine appointment through a special website. The office will not be scheduling appointments for COVID-19 vaccines directly.
