Presentation of findings from Client Satisfaction Survey

Please join us in learning about the findings of the Client Services Accessibility and Satisfaction Survey conducted by Kinetic Flow Corp.  The purpose of the survey was to quantify the voice of people served by Westside Regional Center and to determine their satisfaction with the regional center and our services.

Ami Sullivan from Kinetic Flow will present the results and answer questions about the how the survey was administered and the results gathered.

We hope you’ll be interested in hearing her presentation and we encourage you to attend and share your ideas on how we translate the results into improved satisfaction and better services for our Westside community.
