  Westside Regional Center Community\,\n\nIn a letter dated April 9\, 202
 6 the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) found Westside Regional
  Center (WRC) to be out of compliance with the requirements of Section 4
 640.6 (c) of the Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC). As such\, we will 
 be hosting a virtual community meeting on Wednesday\, June 3\, 2026 at 4
 :00 p.m. to solicit community input related to our plan of correction. \
 n\nPlease RSVP here to participate. \n\nBased on the caseload data submi
 tted to DDS on March 10\, 2026\, WRC was out of compliance for individua
 ls served in the following areas:\n\n 	Those on the Home and Community-B
 ased Services Waiver\n\n 	WRC ratio: 1:73\n 	Required ratio: 1:62\n\n\n 
 	Individuals served who are under six years old\n\n 	WRC ratio: 1:54\n 	
 Required ratio: 1:40\n\n\n 	Individuals who moved from a DC within the l
 ast 12 months\n\n 	WRC ratio: 1:85\n 	Required ratio: 1:45\n\n\n 	Indivi
 duals with Low or No Purchase of Service (POS)\n\n 	WRC ratio: 1:41\n 	R
 equired ratio: 1:40\n\n\n\nWIC Section 4640.6 (f) requires that a plan o
 f correction be developed by the regional center that does not comply wi
 th the caseload ratio requirement for two consecutive reporting periods.
  The final plan will be developed\, following input from the state counc
 il\, local organizations representing clients\, family members\, regiona
 l center employees\, service providers and other interested parties.\n\n
