Documentation is essential for helping staff members and organizations defend against possible litigation. It should be used as a powerful teaching and learning tool. Come and learn how to document in a systematic and thorough manner. Additional topics will include recognizing the importance of a detailed documentation plan, understanding what should be reported and why, and how to produce clear and organized incident reports.
