You are invited to join Westside Regional Center for an informational Town Hall Meeting with our Vendor Community.  Join us to get the most up to date information about how we are responding to the Covid-19 pandemic, ask questions, and learn about what your agency may need to complete in order to prepare for re-entry.

El equipo de planificación del orgullo LGBTQ + del WRC te invita a que los acompañes en su segunda celebración anual del orgullo LGBTQ +. El evento de este año será una galería visual y un foro de arte escénico con artistas LGBTQ + con discapacidades. ¡Esperamos verte ahí!

Call for Submisisons! 
Are you a LGBTQ+ artist with a disability? We invite you to participate in our virtual gallery and performance art forum. Please submit your visual art (paintings, drawings, photos, etc.) and/or performance art (dance, singing, acting) so we can highlight our community’s incredible talent. Please limit video submissions to 3 minutes or less. Submissions are due by June 21st and should be sent to Rhiannonm@westsidrc.org. If you would like to send a video file, it’s recommended to do so through google drive. Call Rhiannon if you have any questions. 310-258-4209.

Practical Tips to Manage Stress and Anxiety During the Pandemic: For WRC Service Providers

Westside Regional Center service providers, please join us  on Wednesday, June 10th at 10am for a Zoom webinar with Dr. Mayra Mendez to learn coping tools to manage stress-related anxiety. We’ll discuss isolation, grief and loss of people, activities, income, and social connections due to COVID-19. We’ll also acknowledge our resiliency and capacity to move forward.

**Please note that this webinar will be geared towards service providers. A session will be scheduled shortly for individuals and families covering topics of mental health**
