City of Inglewood, Section 8 Waitlist Opens July 13!

The City of Inglewood Section 8 Wait List Program will open from July 13 – 20, 2020 and preferences will be given to the following:
  1. Residents of the City of Inglewood;
  2. Households where the head of household is elderly (62 years or older) or a disabled person;
  3. Extremely low-income households;
  4. Persons living in a HUD-funded Housing Assistance Program in the City of Inglewood;
A lottery will be used to determine the order of applicants on the waitlist. If more than 5,000 applications are received, the lottery will select 5,000 applicants for the wait list.
On Monday, July 13, interested applicants can visit to view the public notice for details and also visit to apply.
Applications will be accepted online only. Applicants will receive a confirmation number once they apply to signify that their application has been received.
For those applicants who do not have access to a computer or mobile device, applications can be submitted at any one of the following three (3) locations: Inglewood City Hall in the Community Room (1st Floor), the St. Margaret’s Center or the Inglewood One Stop beginning on July 13. The addresses, dates and times are noted on the attached English & Spanish flyers.
