Project Coordinator (Help Me Grow Los Angeles Pathways)
Position Description
To support implementation of Help Me Grown Los Angeles Pathways grant-funded project from First 5 LA, we seek a Project Coordinator to work in the Clinical Services Department. The Project Coordinator will contribute to collaborative efforts to strengthen key components across systems providing early identification and intervention services to children birth to five with, or at risk for, developmental delays and/or disabilities.

Position Description
To support the implementation of a grant-funded project focusing on increasing participant’s knowledge on how to navigate various systems of care and enable them to access available services, supports and resources. This position will contribute to collaborative efforts to address service disparities faced by underserved African American/Black and Hispanic/Latino communities served by WRC.
