California Science Center
Hands on Exhibits. The museum is next to the IMAX Theater and the USC campus. Bus routes and hours of operation available.

Culver City Beauty College
For a small fee, you can get your hair cut and styled by beauticians in training.

Getty Center Museum
The City's newest museum. The Billion dollar campus has beautiful gardens, cafe, museum store, as well as art. No fee, reservations needed for parking, bus routes available.

Griffith Park Observation/Planetarium/Telescope
One of the Historical Spots of LA. Information on hours of operations, fees, and bus routes available. Also a great place for a picnic.

La Brea Tar Pits and Page Museum
See prehistoric animals and the pit they came from. Every first Tuesday of the month is free.

Life Management Services
An "Innovative Alternative to Traditional Day Program Services." You can find out about what recreational activities they may be hosting.

Manhattan Beach Pier Aquarium, Oceanographic Teaching Station
Free. Bus routes and phone numbers available.

Museum of Tolerance
A Place that provides information about the importance of tolerance in our society. Includes fees, and bus routes.

Museum of Television and Radio
The history of TV, nice atmosphere, see TV shows, bus routes available and fees and hours listed.

Peterson Automotive Museum
Antique cars for viewing. Dates and admission costs.

Places to go on a date*
Inexpensive places to go where you can have a good time. Cabarets, theater, Coffee houses with entertainment, Museums, recreation, and transportation information.

Santa Monica College
Classes and services available for enrolled students. Special accommodations for the disabled. Includes bus routes.

Sony Pictures Studio's Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune
A free taping of these game shows can be seen in Culver City. Bus Routes and phone numbers how to receive tickets available.

UCLA Ocean Discovery Center
Four display tanks with labs with touch tanks. Films on Saturday and Sunday. At the Santa Monica Pier so there are other activities

Vermont Studio Center
A nonprofit, year-round, international creative community, dedicated to serving artists and writers in an open, nurturing, supportive work environment.
